Account Manager – Retail Display & Creative Production

📍 Location: Surry/Hampshire border (hybrid)
💰 Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 (DOE) + benefits

Are you an organised, proactive Account Manager who loves turning creative ideas into retail reality?
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a small, collaborative team supporting a well-known retail client, delivering high-quality in-store campaigns and display solutions — from concept to installation.

You’ll act as the key link between the client, creative, and production teams — managing projects, building trusted relationships, and ensuring every campaign runs smoothly and impresses in-store.

What you’ll be doing

• Building genuine partnerships with the client — understanding their goals, challenges, and brand ambitions.

• Managing the end-to-end process for retail display projects, from creative brief to installation.

• Translating client briefs into clear instructions for the in-house studio, with support from Project Management.

• Collaborating closely with creative, production, and installation teams to bring concepts to life.

• Providing regular project updates, keeping clients informed and confident at every stage.

• Identifying opportunities for improvement, innovation, and sustainability in day-to-day operations.

What we’re looking for

• Experience in a retail display, creative production, or print environment 

• A solid understanding of delivering focused, client-led retail solutions.

• Strong commercial awareness and excellent attention to detail.

• A natural relationship builder with a genuine passion for client service.

• Confident communicator with great negotiation and problem-solving skills.

• Calm under pressure, resilient, and adaptable to fast-paced environments.

• Highly organised, proactive, and capable of managing multiple projects at once.

• A positive, can-do attitude with an eye for innovation and continuous improvement.
