We’re working with a leading organisation in print and customer communications, looking for an experienced Senior Account Manager to join their talented team. You’ll take the lead on key financial services accounts, managing complex, high-volume campaigns with precision and confidence.

What the Senior Account Manager will be doing:

  • Managing end-to-end delivery of Direct Mail campaigns, including mortgage statements and monthly maturities mailings.

  • Acting as the main point of contact for a major financial client, ensuring exceptional service and delivery standards.

  • Collaborating with internal teams — from data and production to creative and fulfilment — to ensure campaigns go out on time, every time.

  • Interpreting and managing data briefs, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and best practice throughout.

  • Overseeing budgets, timelines, and schedules to keep projects running smoothly and efficiently.

What we’re looking for

  • Proven experience as an Account Manager or Senior Account Manager within Direct Mail, Print, or Customer Communications.

  • Strong understanding of data-driven marketing and its role in personalised customer communications.

  • A sharp eye for detail and confidence managing complex mailing schedules and financial documentation.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Calm under pressure, proactive, and commercially minded.
