Are you a tech-savvy project manager with a passion for digital innovation and retail experiences? We’re looking for a Technology Project Manager to join our client's growing team — someone who thrives on blending creativity, technology, and project delivery to bring digital experiences to life across multiple global brands.

This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where no two projects are the same. You’ll oversee technology and digital initiatives from concept to completion, collaborating across teams to ensure seamless delivery.

🔑 What You’ll Be Doing

  • Project Coordination – Lead project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation across multiple technology initiatives.

  • Delivery Management – Manage budgets, scope, and timelines while ensuring projects are delivered on time and to specification.

  • Risk & Quality Control – Identify risks, resolve issues, and oversee testing, QA, and documentation.

  • Digital Content Management – Maintain and optimise digital content across multiple CMS platforms; perform content updates, checks, and reporting.

  • Technology Service Management – Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues, liaise with vendors, and manage service continuity.

  • Technical Documentation – Create and oversee Statements of Work (SOW) and maintenance agreements.

🎯 What We’re Looking For

  • Proven project management experience within technology, digital, or retail design environments.

  • Strong understanding of CMS platforms and digital content workflows.

  • Confident diagnosing and coordinating hardware and software solutions.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
