We have a great opportunity for an experienced Scheduling Administrator who will be responsible for the scheduling of all production for our global client at their impressive facility in Waltham Cross.

A bit about the Scheduling Administrator position:
•    The placing of all tasks on all schedules
•    Commit to ensuring that the schedule is up to date and the work maintains a logical progression of through the business;
•    React to production problems, rolling the disrupted job down the work chain, and seeking to minimize lost time, material and man hours;
•    Identify and erase potential clashes in the schedule, understanding the potential pitfalls and costs involved;
•    Maintain a clear and effective communication loop 
•    Support and assist the production office with administrative tasks.
•    Strive for continual improvement of the team and of the scheduling of client work;

A bit about the successful Scheduling Administrator:

•    Solid MS Office skills are needed;
•    Ideally some manufacturing scheduling experience but a good administrator with experience is fine
•    Excellent communication skills;
•    Developed analytical skills;
•    Able to multi-task and prioritise own work;
•    Polished, professional approach;
