We have an amazing opportunity for an experienced Print & POS (Point of Sale) Account Director to manage and develop a range of key retail clients for one of the best businesses around at the moment.  As the Account Director you will be leading and supporting a multi-faceted account team to maximise revenue and profitability by building upon established credentials as a leading and trusted supplier.  The Account Director role will be based in and around London visiting clients with remote working available on a hybrid basis.

A bit about the POS Account Director role:

  • Leadership, motivation and development of talented Account Teams
  • Development of excellent client and business relationships, including key senior personnel
  • Provide Print and POS and solutions that meet client expectations

About the successful Account Director

  • Extensive Print & POS production and experience: strong technical skills and the ability to provide instant solutions and recommendations
  • Previous experience managing and developing clients (Print Management or Supplier).
  • Familiar with excellent customer service and accustomed to delivering it
  • Must have previous experience as an Account Director
  • Inspirational team leader with proven ability to motivate and get the best out of others
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, able to develop positive relationships and present solutions with confidence
  • A self-starter with good organisational skills and an ability to prioritise work to meet client and business expectations in a fast paced environment
  • Commercially astute, understands how to drive revenue and profit with an aptitude for business development
