Aim Search are partnered with an established and highly reputable print management company, looking to recruit a Business Development Manager to help push and grow the business further. The business is a complete PM solutions provider with an impressive client portfolio.

As the Business Development Manager you will be brought into the operation with a requisite to delivering new business. Either through direct relationships and or contractually, providing a total solution based proposition in line with established and strong market knowledge and excellent capabilities and support.

Key attributes for this Sales / Business Development position are:

  • An impressive and up to date proven track record in Print / Direct Mail or Print Management and Print Solution selling, having recent successes and wins
  • Strong presentation skills at all levels, with experience in creating and delivering engaging tender responses and excellent new business propositions
  • Thorough understanding and experience of Print Management
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
