Customer care is paramount for this Account Manager role, you need to be a passionate, dedicated Account Manager who is a team player with a friendly, positive attitude and solid time management skills.
You will be responsible for the account management of key accounts, ensuring strong, consistent communication at all times with a full understanding of your Client's needs. Taking full ownership of your accounts means you can use your outstanding customer service skills to exceed your Clients expectations, developing strong relationships with stakeholders along the way. It's essential that you have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook. As this is a fast paced business you'll need to be a quick leaner who is familiar with MIS systems. You must be confident in presenting to customers and colleagues and pride yourself in consistently developing your knowledge through personal growth.
For this Account Manager role it's essential you have relevant Print Management experience....point of sale knowledge would be great but it's not essential. We're looking for a dynamic, self-motivated person who thrives on change and progression.
