We’re looking for a Senior Account Director who brings energy, commercial drive, and strategic insight to everything they do. You’ll take ownership of a key global client, leading the relationship with confidence and clarity, and ensuring delivery that’s both profitable and innovative.

This is a pivotal role that requires a balance of commercial leadership, client partnership, and operational understanding — ideal for someone who loves building long-term relationships and driving creative production at scale.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Own and grow a global client relationship, acting as a trusted strategic advisor

  • Deliver revenue growth and profitability, accountable for the sell and overall client performance

  • Partner with global production and project teams to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within existing and new clients

  • Champion sustainability and best practice within all day-to-day operations

  • Lead by example, inspiring collaboration and high performance across teams

What You’ll Bring

  • Proven ability to grow client revenue through strategic partnerships in retail, display, or brand experience

  • Strong commercial acumen and experience managing to budget and margin

  • Confident communicator with a proactive, can-do attitude

  • Natural leader with the ability to motivate and drive performance

  • Calm, diplomatic, and resilient under pressure

  • Technical understanding of retail production, POS, or experiential projects is advantageous
