Account Director – POS / Retail Display

We are partnered with an innovative Point Of Sale specialist seeking an experienced and strategic Account Director to lead and transform key client relationships within a dynamic POS and retail display environment.

This is a senior, client-facing leadership role focused on evolving relationships from traditional supplier arrangements into trusted, strategic partnerships. You will take full ownership of client engagement, service delivery excellence, and continuous improvement, acting as the internal and external champion of your clients’ businesses.

With a strong commercial and operational mindset, you will align innovative solutions to client objectives, drive long-term value, and lead high-performing account teams to deliver outstanding outcomes.

About the successful Senior Account Director:

• You will be a commercially astute, customer-centric leader with a passion for service delivery and relationship transformation. 
• Minimum 5 years’ experience within POS manufacture or supply
• Proven track record in Account Leadership, Service Delivery, and Service Development
• Demonstrable experience influencing and managing senior client stakeholders
• Strong commercial acumen, including contract management, governance, and financial performance
• Experience leading, developing, and inspiring multi-disciplinary teams
• Ability to translate client strategy into practical, value-driven solutions
• Experience transforming client relationships from supplier to strategic partner
• Track record of delivering innovation and continuous improvement within complex, contracted environments
