We have an opportunity for a Scanning Operator with a financially secure, successful and growing company. About this Scanning Operator role: • Preparing documents for scanning which includes opening, checking and batching paper material • Operate scanning equipment in a safe and effective manner • Maintain equipment • Ensure all documents are scanned to a high quality standard • Ensure that client deadlines are met for scanning projects • Ensure that all scanning undertaken is accurate and follows the brief as set out by the Scanning Team Leader • Liaise with clients as needed • Ensure that meta data instructions are followed and indexes are checked • Ensure that scanned images are uploaded onto media accurately • Ensure that all document boxes are securely stored, checked and accounted for at all times • Assist with other tasks as necessary within any section as required by your line manager • Be aware of all necessary quality standards and performance measures and ensure they are adhered to • All tasks must be carried out in accordance with the Health & Safety at Work Act and other relevant legislation You must have previous experience in a similar role within a scanning environment.
