Senior Project Manager / Account Manager | Integrated Agency | SW Manchester (Hybrid working) | £35,000 - £40,000

Aim Search are partnered up with a fantastic Integrated Communications Agency in Manchester, due to growth they are looking to recruit experienced and talented Project Managers who will have responsibility for managing and developing a number of client accounts, and contributing to the success and growth of the agency.  You will be commutable to the Manchester offices 3 days a week (Homebased Mon & Fri).

A bit more about the Project Manager opportunity:
• Managing and developing a range of client accounts across a complete mix of integrated branding, advertising, digital, print and direct mail campaigns and projects from initial concept to completion.
• Liaising with and building strong relationships with clients to ensure successful completion of projects/campaigns, on time and within budget.
• Liaising, and maintaining strong relationships, with Studio, the Project Management team and suppliers to facilitate the above.
• Understanding client objectives/markets to maximise existing business opportunities and identify new ones.
• Managing project/campaign profitability, budget and client administration on accounts, using internal job-bag system, Synergist.
• Clearly interpreting and preparing client creative campaign/communication briefs, and copy where required, for Studio.
• Planning, coordinating and controlling production related processes.

Project Manager Knowledge/Skills/Experience needed:
• Substantial previous project management experience, and the ability to ensure the highest quality of work is delivered in the most efficient way.
• Strong understanding and appreciation of design and marketing communications, workings of a design studio, design effectiveness, and marketing.
• Detail orientated, organised and conscientious.
• Strategic and commercial thinker.
• Strong problem-solving skills, the ability to multi-task and the ability to work well under pressure.
• IT proficient with the ability to adapt to new internal systems.
• Digital experience advantageous
• Copes under pressure and working to tight deadlines

Sound knowledge of:
