The Role

As an Installation Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in planning, coordinating, and tracking retail installation projects from start to finish. You’ll manage day-to-day communication with suppliers and installation partners, monitor timelines and budgets, and support ongoing maintenance programs to keep displays looking their best.

Key Responsibilities

Skills & Experience

  • Experience coordinating installation, fit-out, or retail display projects (ideally across multiple countries)
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Confidence working with external partners and managing multiple priorities
  • Familiarity with logistics, spare parts, or maintenance coordination is an advantage
  • Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus
  • Willingness to travel within EMEA as required

You’ll be part of a collaborative and growing team that brings beauty retail environments to life. This role offers exposure to international projects, opportunities for career development, and the chance to work with some of the world’s most recognized beauty brands.
