Hybrid Account Manager | 2 days onsite / 3 days WFH | General Print | £32,000 - £37,000

We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Account Manager to join a powerhouse client of ours based on client premises in Berkshire, but part of a company wide print team providing print services to onsite and offsite Clients. You will support with all aspects of the management, development and delivery of the customers print communications - from customer relationship development and strategic development, through to briefing and execution.

About this Account Manager role:

  • On-time in full delivery of printed marketing collateral
  • Building good working relationships with key suppliers
  • Completion of account specific management information/reporting
  • 2 days onsite at the client’s office (Berkshire). Note: you will be sitting amongst the procurement and marketing teams as well senior stakeholders. This will require someone who has prior experience of working face to face with clients and being able to act in a professional manner
  • Demonstrate a proactive and reactive approach and provide solutions and ideas to improve the service and make savings where possible.
  • Provide monthly management information outlining activity levels, job type, cost savings, missed savings, SLAs and KPIs. 
  • Hold regular review meetings with Key internal stakeholders. 
  • There are multiple marketing stakeholders and the ability to muti task is a requirement that the successful candidate will need to manage. 

About the successful Account Manager:
•    Being able to relay the clients’ requirements and brief in other team members while ensuring the clients expectations are met.
•    A keen and ‘can do’ attitude is required along with a confident nature when discussing the subject matter.
•    A minimum of 1 – 2 years account manager experience is required although training will be provided. 
•    Ideally experience in the following production disciplines;- 
o    Marketing collateral 
o    General Print 
o    Publications
o    POS (Point of Sale)
o    Exhibition Panels
o    Event related requirements 
o    Ad hoc promotional items
