Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer | £40,000 - £45,000 | Continental Shift | Sutton-in-Ashfield
Due to retirement, a global company who are currently expanding their services into packaging rather than just print are investing in their sites and looking at the bigger picture with where the world is going.
As the Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer you will be involved in project work, being able to share ideas and solutions, respond to breakdowns and perform preventative maintenance. There is an array of machinery on site including heavy presses and rollers, this position would be suitable from a heavier background, Manufacturing or FMCG.
Most breakdowns on site will be mechanical however you will need to be electrically competent, able to read from engineering drawings and schematics.
Experience Required for the Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer: • Experience with key components (relays, inverters, Sensors, contactors, motors) is advantageous. • Heavy Press experience is advantageous. • Ex-military candidates and newly qualified engineers are encouraged to apply to this position. • Multi-Skilled Either bias.
