Account Manager - Wiltshire

Account Manager | Wiltshire | Print / POS | £30,000 - £40,000

We have an exciting opportunity available for an experienced Print Account Manager / Project Manager, ideally with bags of Large Format / POS (Point of Sale) knowledge to join a fantastic client of ours. Working within a team servicing major Retail accounts, the Account Manager role is very much about building strong relationships with clients. As the Account Manager you will include taking effective written and verbal briefs and working collaboratively with all internal departments, including large creative design studio to provide successful flawless management of digital and print projects. The role is primarily office – based, however on occasion there maybe a need to visit clients.

Some of the Account Manager / Project Manager duties:
• Project manage jobs from start to finish paying attention to detail and being mindful of client requirements
• Take briefs from Account Director or client
• Display a positive ‘can do’ attitude, manage client expectations when required and aim to deliver exceptional service.
• Build and develop excellent relationships with the production teams to ensure there is a two way flow of information and both teams are working together to deliver for the client.

About the successful Account Manager:

• Proven experience of managing accounts and relationships for multiple clients in the Print / POS industry.  
• Strong knowledge of Retail POS would be advantageous but is not essential. 
• Previous experience with Retail or FMCG clients advantageous
• Ability to manage multiple ongoing projects within budget, with over-lapping timescales, whilst maintaining sharp attention to detail. 
• Strong communication skills, strong organisational ability and excellent time management.
