Our impressive client are looking for a talented individual to join their management team, you will get to work in a team with a vibrant culture who are experts in how campaigns are delivered while guiding, leading, mentoring and motivating a team of Account Managers in a fast paced and ever changing environment.  

About the Account Director opportunity...
The Account Director will be based at our client's lovely Manchester site on a Hybrid basis and will take responsibility for the operational relationship between company and a major strategic client contract to ensure that the account optimises sales and profit growth and strategic potential.

You will understand their clients’ strategy and challenges to assist in the delivery of their business goals, providing unparalleled customer service, motivating and supporting their team, with the ultimate aim of delivering against business objectives.  

You must be have a solid background in direct mail with excellent all-round print, project and campaign management experience.

The Account Director must have…

  • Experience leading, developing and motivating a team
  • A superb level of communication, presentation, and organisational skills
  • Solid Print & Direct Mail knowledge
  • Proven experience in customer service within direct mail to ensure high levels are achieved and maintained
  • Natural ability to develop and forge long term customer and colleague relationships
  • Strong execution and planning skills
