Aim Search are excited to be partnered with a Global Retail Design Agency as they look to recruit an experienced Account Manager / Senior Account Manager in the creative agency/retail space. The ideal Account Manager will demonstrate exceptional organisation, an affinity with retail/commerce and a forensic attitude towards client success.

As the Senior Account Manager you will be working with some the most pioneering global brands, you’ll work alongside an experienced client success team on a select portfolio. No two days will be the same you’ll need to thrive multitasking and getting to think both strategically and pragmatically to deliver against global client retail challenges.

What you’ll do:
• Own client accounts, with responsibility for the client agency relationship and customer experience
• Foster collaboration within the account management team and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service execution
• Cultivate and nurture relationships with clients, working to understand the client business, goals and challenges to act as a trusted advisor
• Interpret client briefs and work in collaboration with internal teams to design solutions and commercial models to optimise our full service, global and responsible proposition
• Collaborate with the internal service delivery team to ensure client needs are met, acting as the client advocate within the company
• Maintain and update all cost management systems with accurate and timely submission of quotes and invoices
•    Act as an ambassador for the company by proactively promoting the business

What you’ll need:

  • Previous experience in account management/retail marketing/print/POS solutions
  • Extensive knowledge of retail POS and Windows markets.
  • Proven track record in executing and delivering similar projects.
  • Excellent presentation skills and attention to detail.
  • Professional outlook and strong computer literacy.
