Personal Assistant and Administration Manager - London

Our Client has some exciting, ambitious and big plans for 2023, as part of their rapid growth they’re looking for a talented Personal Assistant & Administration Manager to help them define, drive and deliver their world-changing technology and services.

As the Personal Assistant and Administration Manager you will be based out of their lovely offices in Stratford, London. your role will be to provide administrative and secretarial support to the Directors. You will support the coordination of activities across the wider teams including supporting individuals in making arrangements (events, meetings, travel, etc.) that allow them to carry out their roles efficiently.

Some of the PA and Administration Manager's main duties:

  • Support and carry out administrative tasks to agreed deadlines with attention to detail.
  • Attend and organise meetings with internal colleagues and external customers, suppliers and partners.
  • Produce clear, understandable and grammatically correct minutes and documents.
  • Collate and distribute business reporting data (e.g. monthly sales & marketing reports)
  • Handle sensitive issues with discretion and diplomacy.
  • Effective management of company licenses, insurance policies, company policies and team expenses.
  • Write up, format and edit reports, documents, and presentations.
  • Enter data and manage documents (such as client onboarding, invoices and debt chasing), maintain business applications such as Xero, Monday.com, and general record keeping.

About the successful Personal Assistant & Admin Manager

  • Be comfortable working with customers, suppliers, partners and internal colleagues.
  • Be organised and structured.
  • Knowledge of executive office and board procedures, and general business management.
  • Experience as a personal assistant.
  • Experience of office management.
  • Advanced writing up, note-taking, record keeping, and organisational skills.
  • Proficient in appointment scheduling software such as MS Outlook.
  • Have a passion for sustainability in professional or personal life.
  • Understand or be willing to learn about the drivers, challenges and solutions relating to climate change.
  • Work at pace, whilst maintaining great attention to detail.
  • Have excellent interpersonal skills, able to develop positive relationships internally and externally.
  • Have good IT literacy, including good knowledge of MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel.

£35,000 - £40,000
Five weeks holiday
Hours of work are 09:00-17:00
