Head of Client Relationships

The main focus of this role is to drive a Client centric, service culture across the company, ensuring Clients are enthused and delighted at every opportunity by engaging and working closely with internal Colleagues, Clients, prospective Clients and Suppliers.

The key purposes of a role are to lead….

  • Client service lifecycle, delivering high level satisfaction whilst obtaining continuous feedback to measure satisfaction and drive continuous improvement
  • Client focussed teams to deliver operational excellence
  • Cost efficiency and process improvement

Key responsibilities….

  • Ensure the client’s needs and priorities are championed throughout the company
  • Support the Bus Dev teams by providing exceptional service to Clients as a platform for revenue growth
  • Build solid, trusting relationships and engage directly with Clients
  • Ensure seamless and successful implementation of new business wins
  • Continually search for opportunities to drive efficiencies for clients as part of a proactive and value added service
