Business Development Manager - Direct Mail / Transactional Mail - Leicestershire

£60,000 - £65,000 + commission - Sales

One of the most rapidly growing print and direct marketing service providers in Europe is seeking to expand its client base in Direct Mail and other data driven print applications. They are seeking talented an experienced Business Development/Sales Professional with established contacts and proven experience in developing new and existing client relationships.

You will have responsibility for the acquisition, development and deployment of new business. In addition, you will need be a sound strategic thinker and possess a good knowledge of the direct marketing print industry.

Business Development Manager / Sales Executive - Key Skills:

  • Commercially strong and used to dealing at a senior client level.
  • Excellent presentation skills, both orally and written.
  • Ability to own and manage a lead generation program for prospecting purposes.
  • Ability to identify prospects and strategic new business leads.
  • An understanding of the print production process (both litho and digital).
  • Experience selling direct marketing services such as direct mail would be beneficial
  • A proven understanding and knowledge of data driven cross media solutions and technologies would be advantageous
