Admin Assistant – Client Services Team
We are looking for an experienced Admin Assistant / Account Executive to join one of our wonderful clients. This admin support opportunity will be based within a busy client services team for a fantastic Print & Communications organisation based in the Barking area.
Key Responsibilities for the Admin Assistant / Account Executive:
- To support internal teams to ensure the quality of all work that is delivered to the client is of the highest standard. - Maintenance and completion of daily reconciliation reports. - Completion of regular time critical reports – email correspondence with client contact to provide this information. - Respond in a timely and professional manor to all client enquiries. - Maintain relevant client account documentation. - Invoicing support. - Support the team with any other administrative tasks.
About the successful Admin Assistant –
Provide high quality administration support and back-up for the designated account team. We are looking for someone who is customer-orientated, ensuring the client consistently receives first class customer service. This role would suit a professional individual, with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, the individual must be able to work well in a team. Self motivated and organised. Computer literate with understanding of MS Office, particularly MS Excel, Outlook and Word.
