Account Manager - Postal | Direct Mail / Print Management | North West | £35,000 - £40,000 

 

Our fantastic client are looking for an experienced Postal Account Manager who will provide a profitable and efficient service to designated customer accounts.  We are looking for someone who has postal industry experience, knowledge of postal support practices and be able to participate in all aspects of production support around the business.

About the Postal Account Manager role:

  • Client relationship and satisfaction, including building and developing customer relationships
  • Co-ordination and management of the end to end postal process including planning, managing and progressing of mail on a day to day basis
  • Account growth and profitability
  • Managing costs including accurate forecasting and timely and accurate invoicing
  • Work and support team structure and team ethos
  • Take a proactive approach to improving workplace safety, reporting hazard observations and implementing preventative measures.

About the successful Postal Account Manager:

  • You will need to have strong client management experience
  • Experience leading team 
  • Postal industry experience and knowledge of postal support practices is required
  • Technical print and direct mail knowledge would be advantageous
  • A strong customer focused mindset and work ethic
  • Have experience building excellent relationship with stakeholders at all levels
  • You will need to have strong influencing skills, the ability to problem solve under pressure, have excellent communication skills and attention to detail
