This Account Manager role • Pro-actively manage designated accounts, ensuring requirements are understood and translated into briefs • Oversee and monitor individual client accounts, ensuring they run smoothly and that all problems are dealt with effectively • Liaise with internal contacts and suppliers ensuring that all client projects are completed in a timely and cost-effective manner • Provide financial forecasts based on client media spend • Identify new business and up-selling opportunities • Support colleagues Experience required for this Account Manager role • Relevant experience in an account management role • Experience/awareness of a mailing house environment • Awareness/knowledge of the mailing industry Attributes for this Account Manager role • Ability to work on own initiative with a desire to succeed / lateral thinking • Excellent communication skills • Excellent attention to detail • Team player • Ability to prioritise under pressure • Computer literate - a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) If you fit the bill and want an enjoyable Account Manager role then please APPLY ASAP.
