Our rapidly growing client are one of the UK’s leading automated, healthcare fulfilment specialists, they are looking for an experienced Account Manager with strong stock management experience to join their talented team.  As the Account Manager your role will be to manage the day to day running of healthcare projects in conjunction with the other members of the client services team, to liaise with regulatory, quality, sales, production and finance teams, managing all the daily requirements of account management.

The Account Manager will be responsible for the client relationship and management of all aspects of the projects, goods and services for designated healthcare accounts. The Account Manager will have to be measured on his/her ability to demonstrate the delivery of adding value to an account both internally and externally whilst aiding my client in improving margin and revenue, driving cost savings and innovation and to build strong relationships with stakeholders.

SOME OF THE ACCOUNT MANAGER DUTIES:

•    Responsible for the ownership of customer projects ensuring that the processes comply with the relevant regulatory and quality certifications and requirements.
•    To proactively manage all aspects of stock management on behalf of the clients by arranging replenishment print runs, re-ordering medical devices and ensuring devices do not exceed the expiry date.
•    To record and report essential management information in a timely and accurate way in order to enable informed decision making for the account and business as a whole.
•    Monitor and control stock, managing call offs where required to ensure stock does not run out.

ABOUT THE SUCCESSFUL ACCOUNT MANAGER:

•    Solid Account Management experience
•    Strive to keep up to date with the ever changing technological and social advances across the healthcare services industry.
•    Have a strong stock management knowledge and skillset
•    Have the ability to communicate clearly with strong and adaptable interpersonal skills. 
•    Self-motivated and able to perform as part of a team, supporting their colleagues when required.
•    Strong verbal and written communication skills. 
•    Working knowledge MS Office and Outlook.
