As the Account Manager your role will be admin based, using spreadsheets, systems, liaising with software developers around data analytics. About the Account Manager opportunity: To undertake duties within the team and account manage with support all allocated client functions &/or mailings ensuring service excellence is achieved through: - a "can-do" and efficient approach to service - 100% quality of output for all aspects of account management - adherence to all deadlines/service level agreements (SLA's) About the successful Account Manager: - Previous experience in Print/Direct Mail/Marketing - Excellent Customer service and communication skills - Excellent Admin skills - Bright, energetic and confident An optimistic, friendly attitude and plenty of "get up and go" is what our client is all about.
