Account Manager | Print / Digital / Merchandising | North London (3 days onsite 2 remote working ) | £38,000 - £42,000

We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to join an exciting global brand based on-site within the client environment.

As the Account Manager, you will primarily focus on managing this fantastic client's digital and printed promotional campaigns.  You will be able to display a capacity and interest in developing this great opportunity and taking on new areas of responsibility in other areas of the account such as production artwork, digital screen management and also new business work-streams. 

Our growing client require an experienced Account Manager with excellent presentation and communication skills, someone who prides themselves in delivering consistently high levels of customer service and will complement the friendly team. Working in a fast paced environment you will need excellent organisational skills and be able to demonstrate your ability to work efficiently and accurately and remain calm under pressure.  A good working knowledge of Microsoft applications is also important.
About the successful Account Manager:

  • An appreciation of the end to end marketing and production processes, from creation of the brief through to distribution.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with agency partners, client and company departments to leverage expertise
  • Able to take responsibility for clear, concise and timely communication and management of initiatives with all levels of the organisation and agencies
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to consistently provide high levels of customer service and excel in a fast-paced environment whilst demonstrating your ability to work effectively
  • A keen eye for detail, comfortable in following a highly organised, process driven approach whilst not losing sight of the need to be innovative, creative + drive change
  • Ensure compliance with required standards, policies, legal requirements and brand guidelines
  • Report on and control project costs within agreed budgets.
  • The successful candidate will display a capacity and interest in developing their role and taking on new areas of responsibility in other areas of the account as well as new business workstreams. 

Technical support will be provided however, an understanding of print and digital screen production would be advantageous.
