Our fantastic client are currently looking to recruit an experienced Account Executive / Junior Account Manger to join the successful client services team in a full-time permanent role, primarily based in the Leeds area with flexible working. The role of Account Executive is a busy hands-on position, and a can-do attitude is essential. Must be able to develop positive and professional relationships with key stakeholders across the account and wider business. At the same time providing a proactive, flexible, and responsive service. As the Account Executive, you will be based out of the lovely Leeds office but this role offers flexible working to work remotely. A bit more about the Account Executive position: • Deliver a professional service, potentially being the first point of contact • Manage key regular jobs and projects from receipt of details to delivery • Provide full administrative support for regular projects / services • Raise and track job briefs, prepare quotations and artwork, manage issues. • Proactively manage own workload and timelines • Receive and process calls and queries from clients. • Liaise with Internal Customer services, Production, Warehouse and Logistics teams • Ensure all jobs closed for month-end invoicing. • Manage job delivery and invoice dates. • Support the Account Managers/Account Director • Check and report on projects.
About the successful Account Executive: • Customer Services or Print Management experience • Working knowledge of a similar environments • Previous experience of Administering long term projects / Jobs • Previous experience of taking instructions, job briefs and managing client expectations. • Ability to simultaneously manage multiple jobs. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Microsoft Office and numeracy skills • Flexible and robust attitude and ability to work to deadlines.
