Account Executive / Project Manager | Integrated (print and digital) | £26,000 | Surrey
PURPOSE OF THE ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE ROLE:
Supported by the Account Team, you will be responsible for the delivery of projects for various clients, from brief to billing. You will be great at juggling multiple projects, keeping the client informed every step of the way. You will have a keen eye for detail and quality assurance.
• Delivery of a full range of projects, from branding to one-off campaigns
• Creating project estimations, scoping, project reconciliations and identifying solutions for out-of-scope requirements
• Project planning and management
• Making sound commercial and financial decisions, quickly understand problems, propose solutions and prevent issues before they arise
• Acting as a brand guardian
KEY SKILLS, EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
• 1-2 years’ experience in a creative or production role, preferably in a full service / through the line agency
• Project management or similar showing ability to multi-task and prioritise workload
• Excellent spoken and written communications skills
• Inclusive process and collaborative skills, involving the right people at the right time to get the job done in the best way possible
• Confidence, tact and a persuasive manner both externally and internally when working with colleagues, stakeholders and clients
• Ability to work well under pressure without losing focus on attention to detail
• Strong relationship building and problem-solving skills
• Ensure billing and admin is to process and kept updated at all times
• A true team-player, a great collaborator who is eager to provide insight and receive feedback
